HAL Member's Only Star Party 6/20/2009

We had a very nice star party last night after all. Only five of us came out, but Chris Todd brought out his awesome 18" Dob and shared beautiful views of Saturn, M81/M82, M57 and M13. It was a clear pleasant night with surprisingly low humidity at sunset, but the clouds gradually filled in as the night went on. Shortly after 11:00 it started raining and we quickly packed up and left.

Hopefully we'll have even better weather next Saturday for our public star party!
